I've divided my essays into two categories that loops into each other.
The first category called Designing Information, is where I come up with various frameworks to weave information through human's life. For instance, I put together "the W.A.R.S. Framework" for how to design a notification system in the most "sincere" way. [1]
The above work then translates into the components that I deconstruct products into. These essays are categorized into Examining Products. A typical example of this, is the essay "Building E-Mail from First Principles: Basecamp's HEY". [2]
A universal way I like to define Product Design is that it is fundamentally weaving common stories across people's lives. Hence, the above work is informed by how I go about understanding human nature itself. These are best explained by my essays: "A rather philosophical approach to understading human nature" [3] and "The Art of Persuasion is the UI to Human Conditioning." (Upcoming. Subscribe!)"
